Alyrec is a web platform created to receive the daily information reports of a lodging and recreation company (Alyrec), which has a large number of geographically dispersed facilities. Each entity needed to log in with a unique user and enter the consumption values of the guests and the lodging capacity of the facility daily at a set time. And then with that data show a series of reports of compliance with the indicators to be evaluated for each facility and consolidated for the company.
For this purpose, the platform was developed with the Codeigniter framework and the use of a standard MySQL database, published on a company server.
As the database was standardized, a series of nomenclators were created in order to manage them and record the information as efficiently as possible.
A permission system was created so that each user responsible for the installation or complex could only enter or modify the data to which he/she was previously authorized.
Each system user is given the possibility to enter the data to be recorded on a daily basis at a time determined by the daily closing time.
Site managers are given the opportunity to enter the plan of the various indicators to be monitored of guest consumption activity in the different facilities in order to perform profitability analysis of the facilities and the company in general.
A series of reports were added at the client’s request, with the possibility of exporting to excel.
